Been busy this week with guess what! Not anything guessable, i guess. To tell you honestly, not unbashedly, i've been busy with water colour classes! Well to all those NUS people who've seen a crazy group carry a backing board and palette and water colours and brushes around the campus (raffles hall) .. I'm sure it wasn't us. yeah.

Not only was this watercolour class rather pointless, it also chewed off what precious holidays we had... and that kinda paints a bleak picture, doesn't it. No pun intended. Just had to add colour to my otherwise dull and sad life. Oh sorry did i just do that? Don't mean to brush your displeasure aside, but this inborne skill of corniness just seems to be breaking free of the chains i tie it down with. Its insolence seems to be weakening the influence i had over it, resulting in corny mayhem around the region.

Had supper at Fosters Cafe Holland V around 2020 hrs? Well, being an English cafe and all ...i had to succumb to its practices and jargon so to speak, and the conversion being from Singkapoh to Eng-lish:
breakfast - breakfast
lunch - dinner
and dinner - supper

'Twas 'cos my friend had a birthday did she
Thine name wanrong had dinner with me
Merriest Birthday number twenty three

Been catching up on some reading of late, bought 2 books aka Jonathan Strange and Mr Norell (by Susanna Clarke), the other titled Rules of Life (by Richard Templar). The former is a sorta Harry Potter book but a little darker and similarly very BRIT-ISH in culture. Seriously a page turner and a must read.. I am, at this moment lost somewhere within the pages of this enchanted tale, and have brought it to campus and back. (aka best friend on bus, somewhat pathetically). The other book i've not much idea yet since i've yet to unleash its contents upon my useless grey matter. The only thing i've done with it recently (meaning the past 5 years) was to wear it on...and on my sleeve too..at Hillcrest Drive aka NJC.
