Firstly, id like to wish me pal HIVAN Happy birthday. Hi IVan = HIVAN. and its aliterated with Happy Birthday haha...anyway, since vietnam, i've been in bangkok... for about a week of non stop shopping with wan and johnny and from there we went to Cambodia for some watting... at Angkor wat and a couple of other temples... it was cool cos we would awake at about 0330 hrs before cycling around 7 km to the Angkor wat in time to catch sunrise at 0500 hrs! We almost missed it the first time we tried...we took too long to get ready and so had to sprint on the bikes like fools to catch some nice colours in the sky..the 2nd attempt was much better. Although, i have to say, the highlight of the wat visits was at this temple called Bantaey Kdei.... for a very silly reason.

I was wearing my "charlie hat" or "jungle hat" with Vietnam printed on it...and so couldn't really see what was above me... in my haste to take a timed photo i walked straight into a really low horizontal temple stone beam and there was a loud bang... a little stunned i took off me hat...and blood flowed freely down, covering my left hand entirely in blood. It generously stained the temple ground to form a motiff of splattered blood approximately 10 cm in diameter? Crazy shit...thank God i didn't have to go no hospital or the whole Angkor experience would've been ruined! And also for the 2 medical students from Canada who chanced upon us and came to my aid with antiseptic and gauze and know-how. My rationale is, it being a hindu temple in origin, tried to convert me by forcing a red spot on the middle of my forehead by making me bleed for it. Ok just kidding. sorry to any hindu friends i may have. or had.

Anyway,,,,like i said i'm back in Bangkok now...gonna catch up on some father-son "quality bonding" with me dad.... and then headed back to Singapore...kinda miss my family and friends... On one hand...it seems like it hasn't been all that long...on the other hand...everyday so many things happen and so much changes... I bet at home it feels like I've been gone forever...but then again... I'm such a lovable character i wouldn't be surprised. Ok, make that loved. I see the rotten tomatoes hurdling my way.

So.... well i have quite a few plans ... one of which is to ben it like beckham when i come back.... what are u thinking man! Of course i'm talking about the world cup. what else could i be talking about. Anyway yeah world cup...and also to catch up with all me friends. and family of course. family.long time no see man. So anyway...i bought quite a few stuff im gonna set up me own shoppe...with paraphernalia from across S.E.A..... nah just kidding. Anyway.... see u soon!
